We like to fully understand the companies we work with, the context in which they operate, the objectives they pursue, the challenges they face, the business model they implement, the customers they have and those they want to have. We ask a lot of questions, because we are curious by nature and above all to best respond to requests.
We work side by side with the customer throughout the development of the project. We organize co-design sessions and workshops with business teams to gather information, generate ideas and stay aligned. We dedicate time to the various business functions - for example, marketing, R&D, customer care - to listen, live and understand the complexity and needs of each company.
Research is the starting point of every design process: what do users expect? What do they need? How do they interact with the product? What perception do they have of the brand? Only after gathering these and many other insights can we design valuable products.
We have been trained and continue to train through specialized degree and master courses and we have grown professionally in Italian design studios. Our expertise is the result of years of study and practical experience in different realities, projects and areas but with a common denominator: design. We know what we're doing and we know what we know how to do. If a request is beyond our competence, we say it clearly and provide the necessary support to find the most qualified partner to collaborate on the project.
Each project has its own specificities and may require other types of skills in addition to ours. This is why we build the strategic and operational team most suited to the needs through a multidisciplinary network of professionals.

We are here to challenge expectations with creative and innovative solutions in the world of design. Spoiler: designing isn't a game. Phases of analysis alternate with operational phases with a high concentration rate, from which philosophical debates and clashes with a high rate of heaviness can result. In these moments, we remember and repeat that we are doing one of the most beautiful jobs in the world: giving shape to ideas. Despite the great responsibility that this entails, we want to keep a light spirit and to always find the fun side of the creative process.
